Inland Container Depot (ICD) for information technology/information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Shijra Kilabandi, Village and Tehsil-Badshahpur, District-Gurgaon in the State of Haryana NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 4th May, 2009 S.O. 1149(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 4th day of May, 2009 as the date from which the information technology/information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Shijra Kilabandi, Village and Tehsil- Badshahpur, District-Gurgaon in the State of Haryana developed by M/s Mohan Investments and Properties Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
