Inland Container Deport (ICD) for sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Village Ognaj, Taluka Dascroi, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 8th May, 2009 S.O. 1185(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th day of May 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Village Ognaj, Taluka Dascroi, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
