Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for Gems and Jewellery at Kharadpada, Naroli in the State of Dadra and Nagar Haveli NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th June, 2009 S.O.1439(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of June, 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Gems and Jewellery at Kharadpada, Naroli in the State of Dadra and Nagar Haveli proposed to be developed by M/s. Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
