Modvat credit - Refund of - Inputs used in the goods exported under bond Notification No. 52/97-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 15-9-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (13) of rule 57F of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 85/87-Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, - (1) in the opening paragraph, for the words, brackets and figure "sub-rule (3)", the words, brackets and figures "sub-rule (13)" shall be substituted; (2) in the Appendix, - (a) in paragraph 6, for the word, letters and figures "form RG 23A", the words, letters and figures "form RG 23A or the deemed credit register maintained in respect of textile fabrics, as the case may be," shall be substituted; and (b) in Form A, in paragraph II, for the letters and figures "RG 23A", the words, letters and figures "form RG 23A or the deemed credit register maintained in respect of textile fabrics, as the case may be," shall be substituted.
