Warehoused goods - Removal without payment of duty - Mathura Refinery including Barari Village notified Notification No. 27/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 19-6-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (i) for item (zzb), and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(zzb) Mathura Refinery including Barari Village;"
