Export to Nepal under rebate - Change in conditions Notification No. 13/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 17-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 50/94-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 22nd September, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) in condition (iv), for the word "Nirmali", the words and brackets "Bitamore (Sursand)" shall be substituted; (ii) in Annexure-1, - (a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (ii), the word "normal" shall be omitted; (b) after paragraph 4, the following Explanation shall be added, namely :- `Explanation. - For the removal of doubt it is hereby declared that where preparation of "invoice" in quadruplicate is required under this Annexure-1, such "invoice" shall be prepared in the form appended to this Annexure.'
