Invoices issued by manufacturers, registered dealers etc. under Rule 57G Notification No. 5/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 10-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57G of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 32/94-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 4th July, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, for item (iii) and entry relating thereto, the following item shall be substituted, namely :- "(iii) an importer registered with the Central Excise Officer; or".
