Warehousing facility extended to warehouses in Lumding ( Assam ) Notification No. 3/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 22-2-1995 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. No. 1771, dated 28th November, 1967), namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after item (zzo), the following item shall be added, namely :- "(zzp) Lumding (Assam)"
