Sweetmeats and snacks - Amendment to Notification No. 82/95-C.E. Notification No. 98/95-C.E. Dated 26-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 82/95-Central Excises, dated the 19th April, 1995, namely :- In the said notification, for the letters, figures and words "Nos. 2107.91 or 2107.99", the letters and figures "No. 2108.90" shall be substituted;
