Notification Nos. 18/94-C.E., 142/94-C.E. and 70/95-C.E. rescinded Notification No. 97/95-C.E. Dated 26-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely,- 1. No. 18/94-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1994. 2 No. 142/94-Central Excises, dated the 30th November, 1994. 3. No. 70/95-Central Excises, dated the 16th March, 1995.
