Filament yarns - Amendment to Notification No. 36/95-C.E. Notification No. 78/95-C.E. Dated 3-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36/95-Central Excises, dated 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the said notification, for the Table, the following table shall be substituted, namely, - "TABLE S. No. Description of Goods Amount (1) (2) (3) 1. Polyester Filament Yarn (other than draw-twisted or textured, or both) Rs. 90 per kg. 2 Polyester Filament Yarn, draw-twisted or textured, or both Rs. 98 per kg."
