Modvat Extention - Notification No. 121/86-C.E. - Amendment Notification No. 69/95-C.E. Dated 16-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 121/94-Central Excises, dated the 11th August, 1994, shall be further amended in the following manner, namely, - In the said notification, - (i) in the opening portion, for the words "Export Oriented Unit or to a unit in Electronic Hardware Technology Park", the words "Export Oriented Undertaking or to a unit in Electronic Hardware Technology Park or Software Tecnology Parks" shall be substituted; (ii) in the first proviso, for the words "Electronic Hardware Technology Park", the words "Electronic Hardware Technology Park or Software Technology Parks" shall be substituted; (iii) for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely, - "TABLE S.No. Description of final products Chapter or heading No. or sub-heading No. of final products Chapter or heading No. or sub-heading No. of inputs (1) (2) (3) (4) 1.
