SSI Exemption - Eligibility Criterion Notification No. 59/95-C.E. Dated 16-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 1/93-C.E., dated the 28th February, 1993, namely :- In paragraph 3, for the words "rupees two hundred lakhs", the words "rupees three hundred lakhs", shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1995.
