Rescinding certain notifications

Notification No. 128/88-C.E.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) or (Department of Revenue and Insurance), as the case may be, namely :-

1. No. 25/67-Central Excises, dated the 4th March, 1967.

2. No. 122/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986.

3. No. 129/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986.

4. No. 234/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986.
