Amends Notification No. 190/87-C.E. - Modvat scheme for SSI

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 190/87-Central Excises, dated the 4th August, 1987, namely :-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of November, 1987" the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 1988" shall be substituted.
