Amends Notification No. 167/86-C.E.

Notification No. 222/87-C.E.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 167/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, -

(1) against S. No. 2, in column (2), the figures "36.04" shall be omitted;

(2) after S. No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :-

"3.	All goods falling under sub-heading No. 3604.90."
