Woven sacks of polymers of ethylene or propylene or a combination thereof Notification No. 453/86-C.E. Dated 20-11-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 223/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, the following proviso shall be inserted at the end, namely :- "Provided that the exemption contained in this notification shall apply only if such woven sacks of polymers of ethylene or propylene or, as the case may be, a combination thereof are manufactured on flat knitting looms".
