Exemption to oxygen, chlorine, ammonia etc. Notification No. 443/86-C.E. Dated 6-11-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 40/85-Central Excises, dated the 17th March, 1985, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, S. No. 11 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
