Exemption to goods produced in mines

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 179/85-Central Excises, dated the 1st August, 1985, namely :-

In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the figures and word "2711.21 or 2714.90" the figures and word "2711.21, 2714.90 or 7101.39" shall be substituted.
