Exemption and effective rates of duty for goods falling under Chapter 22 or 27 or 29

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 75/84-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1984, namely :-

In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures "falling under Chapter 22 or 27 the words and figures "falling under chapter 22 or 27 or 29" shall be substituted.
