Piping and tubing of unhardened vulcanised rubber Notification No. 349/86-C.E. Dated 18-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 192/68-Central Excises, dated the 16th November, 1968, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the word, letters and figures "sub-heading No. 4009.93", the word, letters and figures "sub-heading No. 4009.92" shall be substituted.
