In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 13 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 150/81-Central Excises, dated the 29th July, 1981, namely :—

In the said notification, in the Annexure to the Appendix II, for the words "Bond Warehouse", the word "Warehouse", shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
