Tea [Tariff Item 3] Notification. No. 252/85-C.E. Dated 23-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 303/83-Central Excises, dated the 31st December, 1983, namely :— In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1985", the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1986" shall be substituted.
