Customs Airport - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 61/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 16/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-5-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 11 relating to Maharashtra, in column (3), after item (b) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be added, namely :- (3) (4) "(c) Nagpur Loading of export cargo and unloading of import cargo.".
