Capital equipment required for setting up of facilities for manufacture of compressor / turbine blades for AN-32 transport 6 th January, 2003 Notification No. 6 /2003-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 39/96-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1996, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "23. If imported by M/S Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (H.A.L.) .".
