Coastal vessels to file import and export manifest - Notification No. 52/63-Cus. rescinded Notification No. 14/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-2-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 98 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 52-Customs, dated 1st February, 1963, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 228 dated the 1st February, 1963.
