Custom ports - Broach - Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) - Amended Notification No. 55/96-Cus.(N.T.) Dated 14-11-1996 In excercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5 relating to Gujarat, in column (3), after item (2) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be added, namely :- (3) (4) " (2A) Broach Unloading of Ethylene, Vinyl Chloride Monomer, Propylene and Naphtha."
