Inland Container Depots for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods - Amendment to Notification No. 15/95-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 32/96-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-7-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 15/95-Customs (N.T.), dated the 10th March, 1995, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, (a) against S. No. 4 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (3) after entry (i), the following entry shall be inserted, namely :- "(ia) Baroda"; (b) against S. No. 8 relating to the State of Madhya Pradesh, in column (3), for the entry, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Pithampur (ii) Raipur"; (c) against S. No. 9 relating to the State of Maharashtra, in column (3) after entry (i), the following entry shall be inserted, namely :- "(ia) Nasik"; (d) against S. No. 10 relating to the State of Rajasthan, in column (3) for (i), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Bhilwara (ia) Jaipur"; (e) against S. No. 11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, in column (3), for the entry, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Coimbatore (ii) Salem (iii) Singnallur"; (f) against S. No. 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, in column (3), for entry (iii), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(iia) Meerut (iii) Pakwara (Moradabad) (iv) Saharanpur (v) Varanasi"
