Collector of Customs (Appeals) Jurisdiction Notification No. 57/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 31-7-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 16/90-Customs (N.T.), dated 6th April, 1990, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (1) of the Table below to be Collectors of Customs (Appeals), and such Officers shall have the jurisdiction in the areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table:- THE TABLE Designation of Officer Jurisdiction (1) (2) 1.
