Collector of Customs (Appeals), Ghaziabad Jurisdiction Notification No. 41/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 28-5-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 16/90-Customs (N.T.), dated the 6th April, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, (a) in column 2, against serial No. 12, the word "Meerut" shall be omitted; (b) after serial number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely :- 1 2 "18. Collector of Cus-toms (Appeals), Ghaziabad. Central Excise Collectorate, North Uttar Pradesh, Meerut in the State of Uttar Pradesh."
