Appointment of Customs Officers - Amendment to Notification No. 13/89-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 28/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-3-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 13/89-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 9th March, 1989 namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, for serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- TABLE AREA DESIGNATION OF THE OFFICER (1) (2) (3) 1. Districts of Jodhpur, Pali, Sirohi, Jalore, Bikaner, Churu, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Sriganganagar, Udaipur, Ajmer and Nagaur. Additional Collector, Preventive Unit, Jodhpur. 2. Districts of Jodhpur, Pali, Sirohi, Jalore (excluding Sanchore Tehsil.), Udaipur and Ajmer. - Assistant Collector, Preventive Unit, Jodhpur. 3. Districts of Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar and Nagaur. - Assistant Collector, Preventive Unit, Barmer.
