Collector of customs (appeals) jurisdiction - Amendment to Notification No. 16/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 14/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-2-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 16/90-Customs (N.T.), dated the 6th April, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, for serial No. 17 and entries relating thereto, the following serial No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely :- 1 2 "17. Collector of Customs (Appeals), Ahmedabad Customs House, Kandia, Preventive Collectorate, Ahmedabad, and the Central Excise Collectorates, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, and Vadodara in the State of Gujarat.
