Appointment of Collector of Customs for adjudication Notification No. 65/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-9-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Calcutta also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Delhi; Collector of Customs, Bombay and Collector of Customs, Madras for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Hindustan Computers Limited (Reprographic Divison), New Delhi relating to the cases wherein the following show cause notices have been issued :- 1. Show Cause Notice F. No. 41/Cal/90/4134, dated the 11th December, 1990 issued by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Calcutta. 2. Show Cause Notice F. No. SIB/12/91, dated the 12th S.B./80/91/SIB February, 1991 issued by Collector of Customs, Madras 3. Show Cause Notice No. DRI/BZU/116/37/90/88/C, dated S/10-314/ACC the 9th March, 1991 issued by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Bombay. 4. Show Cause Notice No. DRI/BZU/116/37/90, dated the S/10-65/91 VB, 5th March, 1991 issued by Directorate of Revenue Intellignece, Zonal Unit, Bombay. 5. Show Cause Notice C. No. VIII/12/Actts/1484/90/4009, dated the 17th May, 1991 issued by Assistant Collector of Customs (Imports) Air Cargo Unit, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
