Collector of Customs (Appeals) jurisdiction - Amendment Notification No. 64/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-9-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 16/90-Customs (N.T.), dated the 6th April, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table - (a) Serial No. 11 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) in column (2), against Serial No. 9, after the words "in the State of West Bengal", the following words and figures shall be inserted, namely :- "Preventive Collectorate, Patna in the State of Bihar and the Central Excise Collectorate, Patna in the State of Bihar".
