Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulation 1987 - Rescinded Notification No. 77/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-12-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 157, read with Section 46, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby rescinds the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1987 published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 3/88(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 14th January, 1988.
