Exchange Rates Notification No. 67/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-12-1989 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 59/89-NT/Customs S.O. 764 (E), dated 27th September, 1989, namely :- In the Schedule below the said notification for serial Nos. 1, 3 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 1. Austrian Schillings 73.95 3. Belgium Francs 219.50 8. French Francs 35.83 These rates will be effective from 4-12-1989.
