Polystyrene originating in or exported from Malaysia , Republic of Korea , Taiwan and Japan - Anti-dumping duty Notification No. 43/98-Cus. Dated 30-6-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment, and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, and based upon the preliminary findings of the Designated Authority published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section I, dated 12th May, 1998, in the matter of dumping of Polystyrene, the Central Government hereby imposes on Poly-styrene, falling under Chapter 39 of the First Schedule to the said Customs Tariff Act, when originating in or exported from the country specified in column (2) of the table hereto annexed, by the exporters mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, and imported into India, an anti-dumping duty at the rate specified in column(4) of the said table.
