Materials imported against advance licence with actual user condition or issued after 1-4-1997 - Amendment to Notification Nos. 30/97-Cus. and 31/97-Cus. Notification No. 10/98-Cus. Dated 23-4-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes following further amendments as in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue as shown in column 2 of the Table below, as mentioned in column 3 of the said table, namely :- TABLE Sl.
