Amends Notification No. 208/81-Cus. to change the description of certain drugs Notification No. 27/93-Cus. Dated 28-2-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, - (i) against Serial No. 171, for the entry, the entry "Isoflurane Liquid" shall be substituted; and (ii) against Serial No. 299, for the entry, the entry "Mitoxantrone Injection" shall be substituted.
