Amends Notification No. 216/92-Cus. to prescribe effec tive rate of Customs duty etc. Notification No. 22/93-Cus. Dated 28-2-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 216/92-Customs, dated the 19th June, 1992, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (i) for the figures and words "35% ad valorem ", the figures and words "80% ad valorem " shall be substituted; (ii) S. Nos. 36, 44 and 47 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and (iii) after S. No. 53 and the entry relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely, - (1) (2) "54. Hydrocortisone 55. Prednisolone 56. Betamethasone 57. Dexamethasone".
