Auxiliary duty - Amendment to Notification No. 190/92-Cus. Notification No. 305/92-Cus. Dated 24-12-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 111 of the Finance Act, 1992 (18 of 1992), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 190/92-Customs, dated the 14th May, 1992, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 322 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be added, namely :- "323. No. 304/92-Customs, dated the 24th December, 1992."
