Goods imported against Blanket Advance Licence - Amendment to Notification No. 160/90-Cus. [G.E. No. 147A] Notification No. 271/90-Cus. Dated 6-11-1990 In exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 160/90-Customs, dated the 30th March, 1990, namely :- In the said notification (i) in clause (ii) of the Explanation, for the letters, words and figures, "No. 3/04/75-EPC dated the 3rd December, 1975", the letters, words and figures, "No. 1/3/85-EPC dated the 25th April, 1990" shall be substituted : (ii) In the Schedule (a) in paragraph 3, for the figures and words "15 months", the figures and words "18 months" shall be substituted; (b) for Part C, the following part shall be substituted, namely:- "Part C Section I List of materials Sl.
