Auxiliary duty - Amendment to Notification No. 180/90-Cus. Notification No. 259/90-Cus. Dated 23-10-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 64 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 180/90-Customs, dated the 31st May, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, after Sl. No. 275 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted namely :- "276. No. 258/90-Customs, dated the 23rd October, 1990."
