Amendment to Notification No. 321/87-Cus-G.E. No.30 Notification No. 244/90-Cus. Dated 17-9-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No 321/87-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1987, namely:- In condition 2 of the said notification, in clause (11), for the words "five lakhs rupees" the words "twenty lakhs rupees" shall be substituted.
