Trawlers and other fishing vessels exempted from customs duty 28 th August, 2003 Notification No. 135/2003 - Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21 / 2002-Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2002, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 352 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) "352A. 8902 00 10 Trawlers and other fishing vessels Nil Nil -".
