Zinc Residues - Concessional rate of duty [ Ch. 26] Notification No. 4/90-Cus. Dated 16-1-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/89-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1989, namely - In the said notification, for the words "Zinc ash", the words "Ash and residues of Zinc" shall be substituted.
