Zinc dross (Zinc residues) - Amendment to Notification No. 493/86-Cus., [ Ch. 26] Notification No. 3/90-Cus. Dated 16-1-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 493/86-Customs, dated the 22nd December, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 3, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Zinc dross" shall be substituted.
