Amendment to Notification No. 159/89-Cus. [Auxiliary duty] Notification No. 243/89-Cus. Dated 3-10-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 159/89-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1989, namely:- In the said notification, after Sl. No. 269 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely: - "270 No. 242-Customs, dated 3rd October, 1989".
