Chief Commissioners of Customs, Mumbai I II — Jurisdiction — Amendment to Notification No. 14/2002-Cus. (N.T.) 5 th December, 2002 Notification NO. 77 /2002-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 14/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7 th March, 2002, namely :- (a) For Sl. No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) "25 Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai -I Commissioners of Customs, General and Container Freight Station Mulund, Mumbai, (Export) Mumbai and (Import) Mumbai."; (b) For Sl. No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) "26 Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai -II Commissioners of Customs, (Import) Nhava Sheva, (Export) Nhava Sheva, Aircargo (Import) Mumbai and Aircargo (Export) Mumbai."; D.S. (N.T.), dated the13 th June, 2002, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), dated the 13 th June, 2002 under G.S.R. No. 427 (E).
