Dies, tools etc. for auto-components [G.E. No. 93E] Notification No. 27/89-Cus. Dated 9-2-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 288/88-Customs, dated the 12th October, 1988, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "dies, tools, jigs and fixtures", the words "jigs fixtures, dies and pattern (including contour roler dies), moulds (including moulds for dies castings), press tools and parts of press tools" shall be substituted.
